Licenced asbestos removal & non-licenced asbestos removal

We offer comprehensive asbestos removal services for residential and commercial properties.

Our team of experts will conduct thorough investigation and identify the process to correctly remove any non-licenced asbestos materials. 

This is done by the risk assessment of exposure and under regulation 16 of the CAR2012 the risk of spread.

Non-Licenced asbestos removal should always be undertaken by companies and person who are competent to do so, this involves training and the required equipment.

Air testing is not required but maybe suggested depending on the asbestos materials being removed as best practice.  

We also offer asbestos removal services to ensure the safety of your home and family.

The removal of licenced asbestos materials needs to be undertaken by a HSE licenced contractor. 

This is carried out by experts within the asbestos industry, with a notice to the HSE with a minimum of a 14 day notification prior to works being undertaken.  

Prior to this notification being submitted, a formal site visit must be carried out and full plan of work with diagrams and risk assessment prepared. This allows for the works to be properly prepared and managed. 

4-stage air testing will be required on the completion of the removal works with the waste being generated at a licenced waste facility.
